Response targets
We target an initial response within one business day for a monitoring outage or security concern and within two business days for normal questions. These are service targets rather than guaranteed resolution times. A complex investigation may take longer, and we will keep you informed.
What to include
- your permanent
myshopify.comstore domain; - the approximate time of the problem and your time zone;
- the monitor or run identifier shown in RevenuePath;
- what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue is still occurring;
- a screenshot with customer and sensitive information removed, if useful.
Billing, privacy, and security
For a billing question, include the plan name and Shopify charge date, but no payment-card details. Send personal-data or deletion requests to privacy@getrevenuepath.com and see Data Deletion. Send vulnerability details privately to security@getrevenuepath.com before public disclosure.
