Response targets

We target an initial response within one business day for a monitoring outage or security concern and within two business days for normal questions. These are service targets rather than guaranteed resolution times. A complex investigation may take longer, and we will keep you informed.

What to include

  • your permanent myshopify.com store domain;
  • the approximate time of the problem and your time zone;
  • the monitor or run identifier shown in RevenuePath;
  • what you expected, what happened, and whether the issue is still occurring;
  • a screenshot with customer and sensitive information removed, if useful.
Never email an admin password, Shopify session or access token, Online Store password, payment details, or shopper personal data. RevenuePath support will not ask for them.

Billing, privacy, and security

For a billing question, include the plan name and Shopify charge date, but no payment-card details. Send personal-data or deletion requests to privacy@getrevenuepath.com and see Data Deletion. Send vulnerability details privately to security@getrevenuepath.com before public disclosure.
