1. Agreement and operator
These Terms are an agreement between you and Ahmet Uğur, Türkiye, the natural person operating RevenuePath. By installing, approving a plan for, or using RevenuePath on behalf of a Shopify store, you confirm that you can bind that merchant and accept these Terms.
2. What RevenuePath does
RevenuePath automatically checks selected Shopify storefront journeys from a product or landing page through cart and the beginning of checkout. It records step results and may keep short-lived failure evidence. It does not submit a real order. Results are diagnostic signals, not a guarantee that every shopper, theme, market, integration, or payment flow is working or that a store will make sales.
3. Your store and permitted use
You agree to:
- use RevenuePath only for a store you own or are authorized to administer;
- provide accurate configuration and keep your Shopify account secure;
- use only the visitor-facing Online Store password when the app requests storefront access, never an admin password;
- review alerts and confirm business-impacting issues before taking irreversible action;
- comply with Shopify's terms and all laws that apply to your store.
You must not probe unrelated stores, evade quotas, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions, introduce malicious code, or use RevenuePath for unlawful or abusive activity. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to stop harm or non-payment.
4. Plans, trials, and cancellation
Paid plans are presented and approved through Shopify and billed on the schedule shown before approval. Plans, trials, and promotional offers may have different limits. Unless the offer says otherwise, cancelling prevents the next renewal and does not create a partial-period refund. Mandatory consumer or commercial-law rights are not limited. Uninstalling the app stops monitoring but you should also confirm subscription status in Shopify when applicable.
5. Availability and service changes
We aim to provide reliable monitoring, but checks can be delayed or affected by Shopify, themes, apps, networks, anti-bot controls, maintenance, or events outside our control. We may change features, limits, and supported journeys. For a material reduction to a paid service, we will give reasonable notice when practicable.
6. Data, confidentiality, and intellectual property
You retain rights in your store and the information you provide. You grant RevenuePath the limited permission needed to access the authorized storefront and process configuration, results, and evidence to provide and secure the service. Each party must protect the other's non-public information. RevenuePath and its software, design, branding, and documentation remain the operator's intellectual property. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevenuePath is provided without implied guarantees of uninterrupted operation, perfect detection, or fitness for a particular commercial result. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using RevenuePath and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, unlawful use, Shopify platform requirement, or unpaid charge, normally after reasonable notice where the situation allows. Provisions that logically survive termination, including accrued payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and lawful retention obligations, remain effective.
9. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without displacing mandatory protections or jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Courts and enforcement offices determined by applicable mandatory rules have jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to support@getrevenuepath.com.
